Scenario: Member Joe Uses the "Mates Rate" Discount
Step 1: Joe, a registered member of Max Harder Motors, decides to take advantage of the "Mates Rate" discount promotion.
Step 2: Joe invites his friend, Sarah, to book a session with Max Harder Motors for car maintenance.
Step 3: Sarah, the Invitee, goes ahead and books her first session at Max Harder Motors for a car tune-up. As part of the "Mates Rate" promotion, Sarah receives an 8% discount on her first booking, which reduces her total bill.
Step 4: Since Sarah has successfully booked a session through Joe's referral, Joe, the Member, now receives a 10% discount that he can use for his future bookings at Max Harder Motors.
Step 5: A few months later, Joe brings his car in for a repair service at Max Harder Motors. When he checks out, he informs the staff that he would like to redeem one of his accumulated 10% discounts from the "Mates Rate" promotion.
Step 6: The staff applies Joe's discount to his hourly labor charges for the current service, reducing the overall cost of his car repair.
Step 7: Joe continues to accumulate discounts by referring more friends and associates to Max Harder Motors and enjoys a 10% discount on his future bookings for each successful referral.

Max Harder Motors "Mates Rate" Discount Promotion - Terms and Conditions
Introduction
The "Mates Rate" discount promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Max Harder Motors ("Max Harder Motors") to its registered members ("Members").
This Promotion allows Members to invite their friends and associates ("Invitees") to book sessions at Max Harder Motors and receive discounts on their future bookings.
Eligibility
To participate in the Promotion, Members must be registered and in good standing with Max Harder Motors.
Members must be at least 18 years of age.
"Mates Rate" Discount
When an Invitee, referred by a Member, books a session with Max Harder Motors for the first time, the Invitee will receive an 10% discount on their first booking.
For each new Invitee that books a session, the Member who referred them will receive a 10% discount on their future bookings at Max Harder Motors. Each discount corresponds to one successful Invitee booking.
Discounts can only be used one at a time for each booking.
Accumulation of Discounts
Members can accumulate discounts through multiple successful referrals, and these discounts can be used individually for future bookings.
Discounts do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time as long as the Member remains in good standing with Max Harder Motors.
Extra Benefits for Long-term Members
Members who have been with Max Harder Motors for over 5 years are eligible for additional benefits, including Max Harder Motors apparel, such as caps, jackets, t-shirts, stickers, and a full car history pack.
Long-term Members may also receive additional assistance with buying or selling their next vehicle.
Promotion Period
The Promotion is valid for the years 2023 and 2024 or at the owner's discretion, in line with banking interest rates and charges.
Applicable Law
This Promotion is subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and adheres to vehicle age, registration, and road safety standards as required by local regulations.
Termination and Changes
Max Harder Motors reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to Members or Invitees.
Privacy
Max Harder Motors will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
